Street Cult currently ships products across India through trusted domestic courier partners.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate. Street Cult shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Street Cult shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions or any other force majeure event.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under applicable law or where the return is due to an error on the part of Street Cult, such as delivery of a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Street Cult, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order to be considered for a refund. Refund requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with the original shoe box, tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice. Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and an uninterrupted unboxing video to support their request.

If a refund request is not raised within 24 hours of delivery, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, customers may request a size exchange or replacement within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and provided the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Products received in a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs and an unboxing video. Upon verification and approval by our quality assurance team, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotional offers or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Street Cult reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or exchange request. Any request that does not comply with this policy may be declined.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Street Cult, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be processed.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery; however, acceptance of such requests shall be subject to our review and applicable shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate verification, customers may be required to provide clear photographs and an uninterrupted unboxing video of the package. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by our quality assurance team. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.

Orders purchased using promotional offers, discount coupons or during clearance sales may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Street Cult reserves the right to reject any refund or cancellation request that does not comply with this policy or where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Street Cult does not collect or store your debit card details, credit card details, CVV, UPI PIN, internet banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials.

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Street Cult reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion. An order confirmation or payment acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders shall be deemed accepted only after the products have been dispatched. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, involve unauthorised payment methods, violate these Terms or are placed for commercial resale without authorisation.

Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates and are subject to change depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Street Cult shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events outside our control.
